Our reviewers have been to Red Lobster a number of times. The food is pretty good and more consistant than Shells Seafood Restaurant. They've got what they offer down to a science. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is almost chaotic. Everyone is sitting on top of one another. There's very little privacy. It doesn't seem unusual at first glance - maybe everyone is just a little closer than usual. But something is just not comforting about eating there.

I'd say we generally have a good experience at Red Lobster. The service is good, the proportions are good, but the atmosphere is less than satisfactory. I think the management at Red Lobster prefers to serve as many people as they can possibly squeeze into a room - rather than serve a decent amount of people comfortably.
